Meet The Doctors

Dr. Charles Morris

BSc, DDS

Dr. Morris began practicing dentistry in 1998. He joined Regent Avenue Dental Centre in 2000 as an associate dentist. He earned his science degree from the University of Manitoba. After that, he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Minnesota in 1997. After graduation, Dr. Morris worked in Minneapolis before returning to Winnipeg. He takes pride in providing careful and professional dental care. His focus is on maintaining strong teeth and healthy gums. Dr. Morris believes that regular dental exams and cleanings help prevent cavities and gum disease. He works closely with patients to create treatment plans that support long-term oral health.

Dr. Mandeep Sidhu

BDS, DDS

Dr. Sidhu graduated from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2010. He was part of the Advanced Placement program for International Students. Before that, he completed his dental degree in 2004 at Manipal College of Dental Sciences. Dr. Sidhu has been practicing at Regent Avenue Dental Centre since 2011. He provides general dentistry services. These include dental fillings, tooth extractions, dentures, root canal treatment, and dental implant restoration. He also uses conscious sedation with nitrous oxide to help patients feel calm during treatment. This is helpful for patients who feel nervous about dental care.

Dr. Richard Nieckarz

BSc, DMD

Dr. Richard Nieckarz was born and raised in Winnipeg. He has lived in Transcona his whole life and values serving his community. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Manitoba. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Dr. Nieckarz is committed to continuing education. He regularly attends courses to stay up to date with modern dental techniques and technology. This helps him provide accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
